- Your ability to make choices has improved so that now some decisions seem easier than before therapy began; likewise, other decisions seem more difficult but perhaps more appropriate given their significance relative to other areas of your life
- Your energy level increases as well which often makes it easier than ever before making decisions because those choices don’t require as much effort physically speaking; additionally this increased energy level means less stress overall which reduces overall anxiety levels; less stress also helps improve sleep quality which further contributes toward being able to make good choices even under stressful situations such as those found at work where deadlines may fall upon one unexpectedly without sufficient preparation beforehand
