- A comprehensive assessment of your medication needs
- Education on how to properly take all of your prescribed medications

- An evaluation of how well you understand how to take all of your prescribed medications and if there are any changes needed in the current dosing schedule or therapeutic regimen.
- Medication Reconciliation: We will review all of your existing prescriptions, including over-the-counter medications and herbal supplements using our proprietary software system called MedManagerTM which allows us to easily identify potential problems in taking various combinations of drugs (drug interactions). If you need assistance with keeping track of the medications you are taking, our staff can help you with that as well.
As a patient, you know that medications are a serious matter. You want to make sure you’re taking them correctly and using them as directed. Even though you may have done well at remembering your medication schedule in the past, it’s important for you to have some way of reminding yourself about what medications you have taken and when.
It’s also important for us as doctors to keep track of what medications our patients are taking so we can avoid any interactions between different drugs which could be harmful. Medication management software is one way we do this by making it easy for both parties involved with managing a patient’s health care needs—their doctor or healthcare provider who writes prescriptions and the pharmacy where they get filled—to communicate quickly and effectively about any issues related to their treatment plan before they occur instead of waiting until after something bad happens next time! So if anyone ever asks “How many pills should I take?” just say “none” because nobody should take any more than necessary anyway.”
We will review all of your medications and make recommendations based on their findings.

Some of the things that we will do to help you are:
- Explain how your medications work and what they are supposed to do.
- Tell you what side effects may occur with certain medications and when those side effects might happen.
- Explain how long it takes for your medicine to start working, and how long it will stay in your body after taking it.
- Make sure that all of the medicines you take are compatible with each other. We can also help figure out if one or more of them may be causing problems for you!
